  • This isn’t a hope for a rainy day listing. I WILL sell your home. In an ultra competitive buyer’s market, the primary strategy is lowering the PRICE.

I will ask for standard information. Names, phone numbers, address and so on. I need to sit down ONCE and get everything I need to do a good job for you.

What you need for our meeting:
Mortgage statements, HOA info, all parties listed on title to be present and agreeable. The process is fairly straightforward.
