About
This site: Brand new as of 1/16/08 and I think will be a work in progress for a long time.
This is a bio I wrote for my new home sales training at Hyland Bay in the spring of 2007: I was born in a small town in New England in the mid 60’s and as a tribute to my grandmother I will always stay a fresh 39 years old. :)I started my Real Estate career in 2002 and have focused primarily on resale. I love to sell new homes because of the excitement in the process and the choices of finish are so personal. Someday I hope to sell new homes in a large community like Verrado. I think it would be great to spend years watching families come and go while realizing their dreams in a community you helped build. Most notable in my career has been the amount of time I have spent educating myself. Whether it be in a specific community or a huge development like Anthem or Verrado, I have spent a great deal of time driving, taking pictures and just getting a feel for the area.
Summer of 2006 I completed my Broker program at the Arizona School of Real Estate and I am an Associate Broker with Dan Schwartz Realty.
April of 2007 I completed specialized training for New Home sales with hopes of furthering my career with a builder like Pulte, Hacienda, or American Pacific. Too many builders to list here so if you are a recruiter for one, well, call me ![]()
November of 2007 I was recruited by Framer’s Insurance to sell for them. Was very excited as it’s not often one gets recruited from an outside field. Less than a month became licensed for Life, Health, Property and Casualty. Unfortunately the timing for starting with Farmer’s was off so I stepped out after a day.
2008 I hope will be a strong year. Very focused on auctions and foreclosures to start with. 2008 - March: Finally have started with MetLife so Real Estate taking a back burner. Very excited to work in a team environment again…
